Translation and Interpreter Services
Language carries inflection, tone and emotion. Some words carry more weight in one language than another. As we progress towards a more diversified society, accurate and culturally acceptable translations are vital for bilingual depositions and legal documents. To capture the true intention of a statement, it is essential to use certified legal interpreters for depositions, meetings, hearings and interviews.

A certified legal interpreter is an individual who has passed an examination mandated by legislation to measure interpreter competency. Interpretation and translation is a complex process that requires in-depth knowledge of two languages and two cultures, as well as familiarity with specific vocabulary.

Certified legal interpreters have the acquired skills necessary to convey ideas and beliefs generated within the structure of one culture to another. This allows our court reporters to provide a transcript or translation that is not only word-for-word, but one that represents the literal expression of the deponent. For both interpreters and translators, the focus is to be verbatim; corresponding word-for-word throughout the entire transcript.

Ultimately the ability, knowledge and dedication of doing the job right the first time - every time - guarantees professional, dependable, and superior results. There is more in a person’s voice than in their words. Attorneys deserve a certified legal interpreter, a high-caliber interpreter and most importantly an interpreter that considers the accuracy of the record a part of their responsibility.
